Feelings

Feelings: not exactly a not topic, but one worth talking about. Now, these feelings are not the touch of something, but our emotion. Feelings are emotional or moral sensitivity. Feelings can make you feel anywhere from depressed to ecstatic.
Happy:A joy or feeling of emotional pleasure. You can feel happy about getting an A on a test. Or winning a race. Or having a great time with your family.
Upset: Disturb the balance. You may get very upset over a relatives death.
Sad: Experiencing sorrow or unhappiness. Being sad may be over a sick pet. It is often less violent than sadness (less physical).
Mad: Huffy, roused to anger. Being mad or angry often causes physical conflict, especially in males.
Frustrated: Defeated, disappointingly unsuccessful. Frustration is often caused by a feeling of helplessness.
Jealousy: a feeling of envy. You might feel jealous if your friend gets something and you don't get it.
Depressed: a mental state characterized by a pessimistic sense of inadequacy and a despondent lack of activity. Depression can be very harmful to your body, people commit suicide over it.
If you are suffering from depression, or sadness, or really angry or upset over something, tell an adult or go to a councillor. You may find it easier to go to a group counselling session with other kids your age at your school or somewhere else.
This is Neko and Teko talking about feelings.
