Turn the Page: The Maze Runner

Thomas wakes up one day, he remembers nothing, nothing but his name. Thomas discovers he is not alone and that he is in something called "The Glade, or The Maze." And hes not the only one, Thomas finally gets settled in, he is getting used to life in the Glade until the "End" is triggered. Now Thomas and his newfound friends and enemies, must solve the puzzle known as the maze in a matter of hours-Now if this was a regular maze it would be fine and dandy, but the problem is that the walls move every day, and not to mention the monsters roaming in it called the Grievers.

This book is literally amazing, there is no other way to describe it, it is NOT predictable, which is a quality I rather like in books, it makes it thrilling and suspenseful-it is written in the format that it doesn't give you all the information at once, Like you only know what Thomas knows at the moment, it makes it more like an adventure!
The characters are real and you can relate to them and they all have unique personality's, which is nice, because reading a book with clones, now thats boring.

This amazing book by James Dashner has made my top 3 list, and that's pretty impressive. This is one of the best books I have ever read and there are rumors floating around that there may possibly be a movie, though I do hope they are able to for-fill and they don't give the book a bad name.

There is a sequel to the book called "The Scorch Trials." Which is equally as thrilling-lets just say not all the mysteries are solved in Book 1. Book One leaves you hanging and wanting more!

I HIGHLY Recommend this book!

If you want a thrill seeking ride that is.....If you hate action, and excitement and good books, than this is NOT for you.

The Perfect Cut

The Perfect Cut by Julie Burtinshaw,
Bryan no longer feels. Ever since the day his sister Michelle died, he has been cutting himself. No one cares. No one knows.
This book explores the feelings of Bryan, a boy who cuts himself. It shows that he cuts himself for a reason. To feel better. He never feels until he cuts. Its his way of knowing he exists.
From Award winning author comes The Perfect Cut by Julie Burtinshaw.
This book is a great read. What I like about this book is its REAL! It doesn't involve a geek falling in love, or someone saving the day.
Its just about a kid's life, and the struggles he faces.
Pick it UP!
Its a great page turner!

Fang

The newest book in the Maximum Ride Series: Fang by James Patterson.
There are actually two different covers: The Same one above, and the same one but instead of saying: He's always been there for her, now he may be gone forever. IT says:
Angel Says Fang will be the first to die,
Angel is never wrong

Max and Fang, (Two "Bird Kids) who are now in love, seem to have lost their interest for their flock, and it has been replaced by their own desire for each other, So, as soon as their troubles seem to be over, they are attacked, kicked out of the flock, a six year old has taken the position of leader, but the worst of all: Angel says: Fang will be the first to die, and guess what, Angel has never been wrong..., to top it all off, "Expired Enemies" are after them, as well as a madman who likes needles.
So, chaos erupts.

This book expresses the emotion well. 9 out of 10! If you have the time, Pick up the First book! The Angel Experiment

Turn The Page Tuesday

Peeps by Scott Westerfeld. The First of a two book series. (The Second is called The Last Days)

Vampires, Its not a legend. Its not dying, its not becoming immortal.
Its a disease. Simple as that. A sickness. In this world. You don't become some God. You become a cold blooded killer. The Disease is like a human version of Rabies. But with eating people.

Cal was a normal college kid. Until he meet Morgan. Morgan gave him the disease. Now his job to find all those he's infected.
Wait...Cal should be a cold blooded killer? No. Truth is hes a carrier. A Vampire unchanged by the disease. But, No one calls Vampires, Vampires, They call them Peeps. Or short for Parasite Positive!

But as Cal uncovers some mysteries. Is the Disease Good? Is there two types? Is it there for a reason?

This book deserves a 4 out of 5 stars. Some parts lagged and didn't contain action.
I like how in each EVEN chapter there was some information about a parasite!
It was a good book!

The Roar

The Roar by Emma Clayton.
If I was to rate it out of 5 stars. This book would earn an easy 7. The Book is original!
Mika lives in "Future London." A huge wall is protecting them from the Animal Plague. His sister Ellie is "Dead." According to everyone else. But, she is still alive. Ellie knows something about a new program called "Fit Mix" (A Secret) B she can't tell Mika because she is locked up in a space ship in outer space. Something to do with an evil lurking behind Fit Mix and the Pod Fighter game. Mika enters a contest after his Doctor Helen tells him he might find Ellie by winning the contest. Helen Disappears. Mika enters the contest taking the chance to find his twin sister, and the truth.
The Ending Leaves room for a sequel!

Kobo Reader

Coming Soon: A New Device that holds books. The Device has a name.

The Kobo Reader. The Device is said to be able to hold up to 1000 books.

The Problem: The Device costs $150! While you have to pay for the books on top.
The Prices aren't $5 per books. Its $13. Or the Price of the book itself!

What do you think? I'm not sure if the sales will SOAR! Because there already is a reader like this made by Sony. And the New Ipad will have this feature.

Competition? On your opinion of these three which will be the better seller?
I know the one that will. It has Four letters.

Kobo,
Sony,
Ipad.
Personally, I am thinking Ipad. Why?
Apple has its name.
Kobo is never heard of really.
$500 dollars for Ipad and its also a computer
Almost $200 for Kobo and its just a book reader.

What do you think"?
